The NFL Y flag football program is geared toward those youth from ages 5 to 12 yrs. old who want to learn how to play the sport, brush up on the rules, tactics, and skills, improve their game and most importantly - HAVE FUN! Teams will practice 45 minutes on a weeknight and play a game on Saturday. Registration includes a reversible jersey and flags.
