IFAF confirms the LA28 qualification system

The approved LA28 system gives the United States a host place, sends two eligible teams per gender from the 2026 World Championships, and uses the Q-Series for the remaining three places per gender. The 2027 continental competitions feed the Q-Series but do not award a direct Olympic place.
